Henry Tran is a highly accomplished real estate professional with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial sales, leasing, and property management. As a top-producing Broker Associate at RE/MAX Time and the founder of PMI Fertilis Properties, he is known for his deep market expertise, strong negotiation skills, and long-standing dedication to client success.
With a Master’s Degree in Management and credentials as an Accredited Commercial Professional (ACP), Henry brings a strategic, data-driven approach to guiding clients through a wide range of transactions—including single-family homes, multifamily properties, and retail commercial centers. His broad expertise allows him to help property owners identify new investment opportunities and optimize their portfolios for long-term growth.
Henry also provides valuable support to residents by advising qualified tenants on future home-purchase opportunities when the timing is right, helping families plan ahead with confidence.

Tuan Tran brings over 10 years of experience in property management, accounting, and mortgage lending. With a B.S. in Accounting and Finance, he oversees the daily operations of our residential portfolio, ensuring smooth and efficient management of maintenance coordination, rent collection, property accounting, and communication with owners and residents.
Tuan is known for his friendly communication style, quick response times, and proactive approach to maintenance, helping property owners protect their investments while creating a positive living experience for residents. He works closely with trusted contractors and vendors to resolve issues promptly, minimize downtime, and maintain long-term asset value.
As an experienced mortgage professional, Tuan also provides added value by helping landlords explore refinancing options to improve returns and by advising qualified residents on future home-purchase opportunities.

Minh Tuan Tran, MS, grew up in a real estate family and has been involved in the industry since childhood, helping his father and brother with open houses and client activities. With a strong background in sales, marketing, and client relations, he supports the growth of PMI Fertilis Properties by strengthening brand visibility and developing new business opportunities.
Minh Tuan focuses on helping landlords attract high-quality tenants, increase property exposure, and identify opportunities for long-term portfolio growth. He is committed to creating a smooth, positive experience for both owners and residents.
Minh Tuan lives in Torrance, CA with his wife and children and enjoys farmers’ markets, outdoor activities, and surfing with his family.
Trisha Mae Domingo, BS Psychology, serves as the Head of Customer Care, where she plays a key role in both marketing and the leasing process. She ensures each property is marketed effectively and helps attract qualified tenants, creating a smooth and successful move-in experience.
Trisha provides excellent support to prospective tenants—from inquiries to showings to applications—while also assisting landlords with timely updates, communication support, and strong owner-resident relations. Her psychology background enhances her communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills, contributing to a positive experience for everyone she serves.
